All content on this website — including but not limited to artwork images, photographs, text, logos, and designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Cindy Trestman and is protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from this site without prior written permission from Cindy Trestman. Purchasing a work does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
3. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
All original artworks are fully insured during transit. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Original artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the work arrived damaged.
Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Final payments for commissions are due upon completion and before shipping.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cindy's Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of any products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
7. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will never sell your data to third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
